The role of a Technical Sales Executive is to promote and sell Cafeto software development services. The primary focus of the BDM is to hunt new business and grow the company service portfolio. Candidates that have the desire to hunt as well as the smarts to understand that farming referrals has a purpose will be seen to have the advantage. Likewise, so will above budget performers who won't settle for an OTE income, but instead have greater aspirations. Prospecting will be key function, you will be focusing most of your activities on acquiring new accounts, identifying new prospects and selling Cafeto services, building and maintaining relationships with new clients.

o Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities with companies 100-200 employees.
o Contacting potential clients and arrange meetings.
o Planning and preparing presentations
o Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
o Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
o Meet goals and business growth.
o Follow KPIs and business’ numbers.
o Keep the activity updated on the CRM platform.

• 3 years experience and track record of sales success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, creating new business.
• Experience working in a consultative capacity with C-level customers on IT Professional Services or Data & Applications solutions.
• Knowledge of the B2B buying process, key competitors and industry trends.
• Knowledge in advanced sales methodologies and tools to achieve and exceed your targets.
• Experience selling to enterprise market, building deals and business cases and moving through complex selling processes.
• Tertiary education degree or other relevant qualifications, preferably Sales Engineer or Tech Engineer
• Highly developed communication skills including advanced proficiency in English, written & spoken
Competitive salary plus commission tied to KPI's.
